Corporate Event Planning

Planning events that people actually remember

clicmamweb started in 2019 with a straightforward observation: most corporate events feel like obligations rather than experiences. Colleagues sit through presentations, collect lanyards, and forget the details by Monday. We set out to change that — not through spectacle, but through careful attention to what makes a gathering worth attending. Today we work with companies across 14 countries, coordinating everything from 30-person strategy offsites to 600-delegate annual conferences, entirely remotely.

A different kind of planning service

Remote coordination used to mean reduced control. We proved the opposite — our distributed team handles venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, and day-of logistics across time zones without a single local office. Clients in Cairo, London, and Dubai get the same 6-hour response window regardless of when they write.

We spent 3 months planning an annual summit for 420 people across 8 departments. The thing that surprised our leadership team was how little they had to do once clicmamweb took over the logistics.

The people behind each event

Farida maps every event against the business objective behind it. She asks what a company actually needs from a 2-day summit before touching a single venue shortlist.

What shapes how we work

  • Specificity:

Vague briefs produce forgettable events. Every project starts with a 90-minute scoping call where we push until the objective is concrete enough to measure.

  • Continuity:

The person you brief on day one is the same person managing logistics on the day. No handoffs, no account transfers, no explaining context twice.

  • Remote-first:

Geography has never limited our work. We coordinate vendors, venues, and speakers across 14 countries without being physically present in any of them.

  • Honest timelines:

A 400-person conference needs a minimum of 11 weeks of lead time to do properly. We say that upfront rather than overpromising and compressing quality.
